Hello. I’m Adam.
And I’m pretty stoked to be here. Thanks for stopping by.
Design is everywhere. As such, the opportunity for inspiration is everywhere. From the road signs directing traffic, to the layout of the city itself. We design homes in the way they are set up, we design our personal style in what we wear, and philosophically, we design our lives in the relationships and directions we take through the years. As I design, I take inspiration from nature and the built world around me, in its form and function. I create visual communication with the arrangement of elements like typography, photography, and illustration to bring your message or idea to the world.
I received a BA in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge in 2006, and started my career working in Hollywood for companies like Netflix, Orbitz, Universal, and Disney. Over the course of a decade and many late nights at small studios, startups, and full service advertising agencies, I truly came to understand and appreciate how much time, skill, and coffee goes into great advertising strategy and execution.
In 2017, I decided to pursue freelance design full-time, and I haven’t looked back. It allows me to serve my clients personally, while still being nimble and light. Each of my clients receive an agency experience in a freelancer package.
With an agency background, I have a unique set of skills as a freelancer, including:
Planning and creative strategy, objective art direction, painful attention to detail, an intimate working relationship with Adobe's Creative Suite, vendor relationships, production logistics and materials, and the ability to meet time sensitive goals in a fast paced work environment.
